The programme will support participants to become more effective and confident in their roles, by enabling them to:

• deepen and widen their understanding of how they influence, lead and manage others in the organisation
• develop the specific leadership skills and qualities needed to effectively lead
• engage in a personalised project to develop and apply their leadership skills in their own organisation
• develop as a reflective learning professional.
